The ASMT-UBB5-NS8Q2 is a blue SMD LED Indicator made of InGaN. This packaged in the industry standard PLCC?2 package. This SMT LED offers high reliability performance and is designed to work under a wide range of environmental conditions. The high reliability feature makes it ideally suited to be used under harsh interior automotive as well as interior signs application conditions. This LED is compatible with IR solder reflow process.
